Ordering and Sales Information
TO PLACE AN ORDER
You may order an item by Email (kelly@rafa.com), phone (352-336-RAFA) or FAX (352-336-RAFA). When your request is received, we will send a confirmation indicating availability, amount due (including the shipping/insurance charges) and the address to send payment. Shipping and insurance is in addition to all prices listed in our on-line catalogue and will be paid by customer. Florida residents must pay a 6% Sales Tax unless they have a tax certificate.
PAYMENT AND SHIPPING
Payment may be made by certified check, money order or personal check. Personal checks must clear before shipping. All items purchased will be carefully packed and shipped by either FedEx, UPS or USPS.
RETURN POLICY
We try to describe items accurately in our catalogue and are happy to answer any questions that you may have before placing your order. If an item is not "as described", it may be returned. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your purchase for a full refund of the purchase price. Any items returned must be in the same condition as when originally shipped. Return shipping, handling and insurance (required) are the responsibility of the customer.
